Behaviour change is complex-especially so for something as personal and important as daily transportation. In order to deliver effective behaviour change programs target populations need to be segmented. This report examines cycling behaviour in Toronto in order to identify the people, places and conditions necessary for a successful behaviour change program. An executive summary is available here. Click on the photo for a Scribd version of the report and here for a PDF.
